how it works
Our exclusive concierge service makes Using
your healthcare benefits as easy as 1-2-3!
Our exclusive concierge service makes Using your healthcare benefits as easy as 1-2-3!
1. Select Your Provider
These are providers that have agreed to a discounted rate for network members (you!). Since our plan is part of the First Health network (one of the largest in the country) we’re confident you’ll be able to find an excellent provider.
Your preferred Doctor isn’t In-Network?
– No Problem! You can use your benefits at ANY provider. To get the best rates, you may need to pay cash, but your plan will always reimburse you the full benefit amount that you are entitled to.
2. Go To Your appointment
3. Get A Check Back!
When your provider bills less than your benefit, you’ll receive a check for the difference!
Example: if your X-Ray Benefit pays $160 per day, and your provider bills $120, then you’ll receive a check in the mail for $40!

Frequently Asked Questions
Simply pre-price your doctor’s visit or procedure. You can do this by reaching out to our concierge team to have them pre-price your care for you or you can call your doctors office and ask them what their cash-pay price for your visit will be. If your doctor’s cash-pay price is less than your benefit amount, you can expect to recieve a check in the mail!
In-Network Providers: No. If your doctor or facility are in-network your doctor will file your claim. Once your claim is paid, any money left over will be sent directly to you.
Out-Of-Network Providers: Maybe. If your doctor or facility is out-of-network you may get a larger check back if you pay “cash” up-front and have Concierge file a claim for your reimbursement.
Our concierge team will help you make the choice that is right for you!
