– No Problem! You can use your benefits at ANY provider. To get the best rates, you may need to pay cash, but your plan will always reimburse you the full benefit amount that you are entitled to.

When your provider bills less than your benefit, you’ll receive a check for the difference!
Example: if your X-Ray Benefit pays $160 per day, and your provider bills $120, then you’ll receive a check in the mail for $40!

Frequently Asked Questions
How do I know if I’m getting a check?
Simply pre-price your doctor’s visit or procedure. You can do this by reaching out to our concierge team to have them pre-price your care for you or you can call your doctors office and ask them what their cash-pay price for your visit will be. If your doctor’s cash-pay price is less than your benefit amount, you can expect to recieve a check in the mail!
Do I have to pay upfront and file a claim to be reimbursed?
In-Network Providers: No. If your doctor or facility are in-network your doctor will file your claim. Once your claim is paid, any money left over will be sent directly to you.
Out-Of-Network Providers: Maybe. If your doctor or facility is out-of-network you may get a larger check back if you pay “cash” up-front and have Concierge file a claim for your reimbursement.

How do I know if my doctor bills within my benefit amount?
This is where our Concierge Team shines! Simply call Concierge to have them pre-price your procedure for you. If your doctor bills more then your benefit amount, they will outline how much you can expect to pay out-of-pocket.
