Concierge Patient Advocate

The Concierge will act as a navigator and coordinator to proactively engage and assist in finding the healthcare services clients need.

Under the supervision of a Managing Partner, the Concierge will listen to client needs to create positive memorable service experiences. The role entails working with guidance and the expectation that you will adhere to and adopt emerging best practices to satisfy client’s needs and exceed expectations.

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Engage clients by proactively welcoming them to Revolt Healthcare Concierge
  • Establish trust with clients by answering service (non-clinical) questions
  • Educate clients on health insurance plan benefits and best practices for benefit utilization
  • Update clients regularly on all communications, even when service requests are delayed
  • Provide clients with lost id cards
  • Provide in-network provider and facility searches
  • Provide medical claim filing for clients
  • Assist clients with shopping for medical procedures including pricing and scheduling options
  • Provide pre- and post-bill negotiation for excessive charges
  • Monitor client support email account and resolve assigned tasks
  • Meet client’s needs by monitoring intake forms
  • Responsible for answering client phone calls to direct them to the appropriate parties
  • Protect Revolt Healthcare Alliance by remaining HIPPA compliant and securing the proper HIPPA release forms
  • Follow up with providers and/or clients to obtain the correct documentation needed
  • Resolve or escalate client complaints
  • Verify concierge subscription enrollment & billing
  • Deliver on the Revolt Healthcare Alliance pursuit of a spirit of excellence by always putting people first

Education and Experience:

  •  High School diploma
  • 2 years of experience in health care, clients service, client relations and/or the hospitality industry

Key Competencies and Skills Required:

  • A comprehensive understanding of health insurance billing including EOB reviews
  • Ability to take direction and communicate effectively with clients and employees at all levels of the organization
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamically changing organization

  • 0-2 years of medical billing experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft office, Excel, PowerPoint and Word
  • Basic data entry
  • Ability to learn how to use Salesforce custom CRM
  • Bilingual English-Spanish language proficiency preferred but not required

Organizational Structure:

  • Reports directly to Managing Partner
  • Supports and works with both agents and clients
  • Occasional collaboration with Marketing, IT and HR

Hours:

  • Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Flexibility is required as hours may vary depending on the needs of the client

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at a time

*This position will be based out of the corporate office in Frisco, TX

Sales Representative

In this role, the Inside Sales Representative will qualify incoming leads and work with potential clients from start to finish. The Inside Sales role will be the first point of contact and should provide potential clients with a great experience while delivering quality healthcare support at a low cost.

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Sell a product or service and complete the process of that sale from start to finish. This may be done over the phone or in person via walk-in clients. May consist of tracking down new sales prospects and maintaining relationships with potential future buyers.
  • Responsible for being familiar with the product or service he or she is selling.
  • Manage entire inside sales process from quote to close to include prospecting and cold calling, setting, and managing appointments, and managing follow up calls with customers.
  • Set and meet sales goals and objectives set by leadership.
  • Will be required to track all activity in CRM, including communications with prospects and clients.
  • Must answer all client service calls and emails in a timely manner.
  • May be required to attend special training in products and/or services to understand technical aspects of solutions.
  • Performs other duties and responsibilities, as assigned.

  • Demonstrate proficiency in using all of Revolt Healthcare Alliance’s marketing and appropriate systems, tools, and processes.
  • Deliver high-quality customer experiences.
  • Competency on social media platforms for marketing and prospecting purposes.

Education and Experience:

  • High School Diploma
  • Comparable record of sales experience, but not required.
  • 3 years of customer service experience desired.

Organizational Structure:

  •  Reports directly to Managing Partner

Hours:

  • Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (May change as needed)
  • Flexibility is required as hours may vary depending on the needs of the client and employees.
  • May be required to be “on call” and will need to be available at any time, including weekends and holidays.

*This position will be based out of a local branch office, but may require some travel to job fairs, other office locations or business meetings.
