Revolt Healthcare To License Its REVOS Technology and Business-building Insurance Platform
FRISCO, Texas January 4th, 2021 /PRNewswire/ — Revolt Healthcare Alliance PLLC, a leading provider of health indemnity plans, welcomes Demand Wellness to its Alliance. Demand Wellness is a fully funded startup controlled by Rodriguez Capital Holdings, LLC a venture capital company led by Marcos Rodriguez, CEO. The alliance will enable Revolt Healthcare to issue its first ever license of the Revolt Healthcare Vanguard Operating System known as REVOS. REVOS is Revolt’s technology driven operating system and is designed to help business owners build a fast-growing insurance sales operation.
Revolt Healthcare Alliance will complete its first fiscal year on January 31st and projects more than $3 million in annual premiums during that time. Revolt recruited 82 agents in 17 states in its first 11 months and positioned itself well for outside investment.
Marcos explains his entry into the insurance sales industry, “Mere weeks ago, I learned that Revolt was recruiting and selling at an amazing rate. Then, I learned that the passion and enthusiasm I felt from customers and agents was due to the system that Revolt has built. Then I said ‘I want in.’ In fact, I’m also looking for agencies and books of business to buy.”
“Marcos’ belief in what we’re doing underscores Revolt Healthcare’s role as a leading change agent for healthcare reform in the U.S.” said Mark Geiger co-founder and managing partner of Revolt Healthcare. “We expect the alliance with Demand Wellness to launch our licensing strategy and allow a new generation of health insurance entrepreneurs to realize rapid market entry and achieve the same swift success that we modeled during our first year of business.”
Health Indemnity plans are emerging as an affordable health insurance solution because Americans are dissatisfied with traditional major medical plans and their high deductibles that act as catastrophic coverage plans only.
“A notable shift is taking place in the health insurance industry.” said Benton Jones co-founder and managing partner of Revolt Healthcare. “Over the last several years, multiple private insurers have quietly begun purchasing small health indemnity plans because they’ve observed a loss of market share to these more comprehensive plans. Between those acquisitions and this outside investment launching our licensing strategy we know we’re on the right track.”
